Tips to ensure a lifetime of your jewels:

-Protect your jewels by gently storing them in the Eleva pouches they ship in to help avoid scratches and breakage. 

-We suggest you remove your jewelry while showering, swimming and exercising. Please avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products as they contain chemicals and oils that can increase the wear on your pieces. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect its shine.

-Even if you’re sure your jewelry hasn’t been exposed to any of the aforementioned substances, it has been in contact with your skin—which does perspire.

-For cleaning we recommend using lukewarm water and detergent-free soap, then pat dry with a jewelry safe cloth to avoid scratching.

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each one is one-of-a-kind and may slightly vary. Therefore they need a little extra care.
